Bottom freezer refrigerators come in a variety of styles including models that feature a traditonal swing door that can opened from the side. Most models allow you to specify which side - left or right - that you want hinge to be  on so make sure you check. The downside to this model is that you only have about half the door storage space that you would get with the French door model.
